The Department of Consumer Sciences at South Dakota State University offers a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in hospitality management. During your tour you will visit the classroom/facilities and Wagner Café. The Hospitality Management department will also discuss menu development, promotion and purchasing for Wagner Cafe.
The tour will end with sharing resources and a Q & A session.
