Concurrent Credit provides high school students the opportunity to take college-credit bearing courses taught by college-approved high school teachers. Students have the opportunity to earn college credit while in their supportive high school environment. Concurrent credit courses also promote collaboration between high school teachers and college faculty and fosters alignment of secondary and postsecondary curriculum. This session will examine policy development at the state level as well as a review of the National Alliance of Concurrent Credit Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) Standards.
