The SDSU College of Designcombines all of SDSU's design fields of study including architecture, interior design, studio art, graphic design and landscape architecture into an academic framework that shares curriculum and resources as the means for increasing collaboration and providing a comprehensive, robust design education for all students.
Graduates are building exciting design careers, working on such projects as: Arlington National Cemetery Millennium Expansion; Johns Hopkins University Master Plan; Yichang Three Gorges Resort; motion graphics for Rio 2016 Olympics and Super Bowl 50; applications for Apple Watch; Daktronics; Minnesota Institute of Art exhibits; and Sotheby’s Fine Art Auctions. Still other graduates become art educators, designers who establish their own firms, or develop viable product and service concepts.
